Q: Is this stroller good for a 1 year old and a infant? I will be having 2 under 2 and my 1 year doesn’t walk yet I would need for a everyday basis

Yes, perfect for 2 under 2, but just depends how tall they are because my 2 year olds feet bend when he is sitting and he moves the stroller with his feet so thats another reason we got rid of this stroller.

Q: Does it fit in plane overhead compartment?

No you to check the stroller in with the baggage

Q: Do the seat recline fully back? Or at least enough for an infant Like the Zoe stroller does?

It's not the best for an infant seat is hard & it don't recline so much.
