Apple iPad 2021 (10.2-inch, Wi-Fi, 64GB) - Space Gray (Renewed)

For the price, I believe I got a great iPad. In order to save $$ I bought the "good" condition refurbished iPad 9th gen 64gb with wifi and cellular. I have been using it for over a week and so far no hiccups. I turned on the unit attached it to my apple account it loaded up the latest OS software and I was off and running. The battery life is very good and apart for some minor scuffs on the back the condition is actually very good. The screen is not scratched, fingerprint reader works as expected and the unit came with a high current power supply and charging cable. I have not tried the cellular data connection yet but will be using it soon when I leave town for business. Great value for sure, will buy from Amazon refurbished again.

The iPad came boxed with a charger. The product was in excellent condition. There was not a flaw it. It works flawlessly and the picture is amazing. I also got an open to use with it. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase!

Ordered and received a few months ago. Held off on the review until now. Product is renewed so wanted to give it time. Product was received looking brand new.Perfectly packed, no visibility of any prior usage or anything. Saved money and got a new machine. Very pleased.

Came overnight, arrived with both the charger cable and box, plus the iPad itself was tightly wrapped in the box for protection. Upon inspection it has 0 scratches or dents, works SMOOTHLY and is practically brand new. Definitely worth the purchase and glad I was able to get one before they sold out 🙏

This was a surprise gift for my mom from my family. She played solitaire and mahjong on her mini cell. It strained her eyes.She was blown away, everything was perfect and works fine - except they sent wrong charger cord. Picture is great- it was worth money and year of insurance- we didn’t have color options so got the silver- but worth the money! I’d buy again!

The iPad arrived on time and was packed securely and well. Accessories were included as promised. Transferred data from the old iPad easily. Tablet quality is excellent and functionality is very good. I am very pleased so far!

The item is great don't let my 1star rating fool you. This rating is due to I ordered this item Dec 24 and it just arrived today. Was gonna be a late Christmas gift. I do not know what happened but I received "item approval" on this order, I approved it and for 3 maybe 4 days there was no update. I never was reached out to about this, I had to reach out. I sent an email and what do you know, the item went from "order received" to "order shipped". The seller never responded (as I know of this money haven't check my messages for a reply directly) for why this was delayed almost 2 weeks. No apology, no offering to make it right. As a 1st time buyer this was a sour experience. I undertand things happen but to not take any accountability nor offer it is a red flag. How can you take my money but not know an order wasn't shipped??? GOD ONLY knows if this would have arrived or not, if I didn't contact them.My nephew does love the iPad. I bought because of the RAM and total capacity for storage as I work in cybersecurity for the DoD. I wanted him to have something that will last. I'll walk my sister through the tech part of this so he gets the max usage out of it. Again, great product but terrible experience with the seller as far as an apology (lack thereof), transparency (why it happened), and customer experience.I don't shop with you because I am new to you but I feel like building your brand and maintaining the "aura" requires a lot of what my negative review is about.Please do better with your next customer or return customers. This really could have been explained and figured out!
