## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are there any versions with with a reinforced hole where the hook goes--the hole eventually breaks, though the rest of the equipment is fine.**
A: Hi! We are currently working on a solution for reinforcing the hole. In the meantime, I would love to send you a replacement bag. Please message me at hello@trendlinebrands.com so I can get additional information from you. I appreciate you reaching out and hope you have a good day.

Sincerely,

Emily

**Q: Since the bag is made of rubber does that mean it contains latex?**
A: See the description of what Natural Rubber latex and Latex is here:
http://www.hygenic.com/news/the-differences-between-latex-and-natural-rubber.html
This bag is advertised an rubber and seems exactly that. And BTW it works wonderfully, just always make sure the clamp is set before you turn it over.

**Q: Can this be used to cover your feet with? Asking for my boss.**
A: It does have a stopper so it can be used as a heat pack. I suppose if your boss is sitting for awhile, motionless, they can rest their feet under it. It's not going to really drape over your feet a lot. IMO resting feet on top of it would be easier. But yes, feet under it would technically work.

This was the worst product I have ever purchased through amazon! I threw it away because obviously you can’t return it! What a complete waste of money! Terrible construction and the cheapest pieces I’ve ever seen! Makes amazon look bad for even carrying it on their website!
