When they arrived, they seemed like the same size as my current 6mm risers. When I measured them, sure enough, they measured 6mm. The risers were packaged in a 3mm bag, but they were clearly 6mm. When the company found out about this error, they reached out to me (without myself having to contact them) and they immediately offered to send me the correct size that I ordered without any hassle. I am very pleased with the quality of service I received.
