Even with my thin protective case I could squeeze it into the case and feel confident that it was going to stay dry. Went on several long hikes where I could hang this from my neck and pop out for quick photos of the amazing landscape. The touch ID worked perfectly for accessing the camera app and several of my fellow hiking companions were jealous of my case. I was also happy to have the neck cord so that as I held out my camera over the edge of the cruise boat to get photos, I was not going to drop my phone into the deep seas. Overall very happy with this product and the price wasn't too bad either!
