Great product!
Great sound. Easy to mute. Comfy; can wear for hours.Husband and I were having dueling Teams meetings in a shares office. With the noise canceling feature and easy to flip (up for mute; down to talk) mic, our wfh lives are forever changed.

Mic failed after 8 months
Worked well for 8 months, then the microphone died suddenly while I was on a call with my coworkers. It never worked again. Very strange, and disappointing.

This is the luxury car of work headsets
Edit 03/25/2023:Still a fine headset, but buyers should be aware of an on-going issue with it and Windows 11. Sometimes, after you start up your computer, the sound volume is VERY LOW and you have to crank it to hear any calls, and sometimes the sound volume is VERY HIGH and you have to keep the volume down at a comfortable listening level. This is, per Google searches, a known issue and I don't know that they've fixed it as of this edit. Battery still seems to last as long as advertised so far.-----------------11/04/22I’m on the phone for my job 8 hours a day, and, assuming internet is working like it should be(something totally unrelated to the headset itself), this headset has consistently delivered call clarity on both hearing and being heard by the other party. As far as “over the years” goes, I don’t know how long the battery will last, but I do know that, right now, I can do my 8 hours and still have about half the battery left afterwards to listen to music/watch movies on my phone or tablet. WORTH THE INVESTMENT.I am definitely picking up and storing another one of these as backup for when the battery eventually and inevitably dies (as with all wireless electronics right now).

Excellent NOISE CANCELATION microphone
I just started teaching from home and have a 140 lb Dogo Argentino who barks when anyone comes into the yard, including deer, squirrels, etc. This was a huge concern so I was apprehensive! I tested these while he barked and even had my 3 kids yell loudly while recording. The playback only picked up a slight noise very briefly in the background when they came into the room with me!!! From the hallway, there was no background noise at all. I agree with others that the audio while listening to others could be crisper, but, for my needs, they are a DEFINITE WIN!!! I have taught 3 classes and upon playback of the recordings, my voice is the only sound heard. I'm happily working from home now.

Such a disapointment
Both my wife and I had the Jabra Evolve 75 headset and LOVED them. When I lost mine on a trip I decided I'd upgrade to the Evolve 2 75. I've had three different types of Jabra headsets over the years and always been impressed. That is why this headset was such a disappointment.1 - The sound quality on the microphone was awful! I sounded tinny or robotic to all my callers.2 - It comes with too many adjustment that don't stay on the device. You have to use an app to adjust a myriad of options such as whether to use the boom mic or the earcup mics for calls. Don't know why I'd want to use the ear cups but it kept defaulting back to them. Then there are adjustments for the noise cancelling levels - again, don't know why I'd want to reduce noise cancelling? "Hey I just want to hear half the AC rumble today"3 - The "HearThrough" setting lets you listen to your surroundings while still wearing the headset supposedly. It just creates a super echoey feeling and it defaults to that every time a notification came thorough which was annoying as hell. There should be a way to turn this off.4 - The controls on the headset are small and not intuitive. They took away the excellent controls from the first version of this headset. No idea why but they are a huge step backwards.5 - It dropped my Bluetooth connection 4 times in less than and hour and my phone was right next to me the whole time.6 - The nice hard case for traveling is replaced by a flimsy cloth one with no storage for the cords.7 - They replaced the old charging stand with a new one that isn't compatible with this phone so of course you have to buy that too.I've returned this disappointing purchase and ordered the original version, which fortunately is still available.

It's all about the dongle, not the headset
I ordered the Evolve2 75s based on all of the reviews. And yes, these sound amazing and ANC is very good. However, the accessories are total junk. It comes with a felt soft case that is flimsy. The case also has an area for the bluetooth adapter, which is not secure. This adapter, which retails for $110. on Jabra's website is incredibly easy to lose. And, their CSRs and documentation state that you must use this adapter in order to use the desktop software. This desktop software allows you to configure certain audio settings and firmware updates. Without the adapter, you need to pair with bluetooth and you do not have access to these settings. The wireless charger can plug into your computer, but it only sends power and does not act as an additional adapter (just in case you have more than one computer).HOWEVER...on mobile phones, you connect your Jabra headset via bluetooth and have access to all of what the software has to offer. What? Why?I'm sorry. As a society, I thought we were living in a post dongle world.I am returning this because I do not agree with this policy or product decision. The adapter is a significant portion of the overall price and I cannot bring myself to keeping it now knowing this adapter will get lost or damaged very easily.
