How far does the 1st slide our go past the face frame as I have a oven/range next to the blind corner?

it depends on where you place the frame in the box. this has a +- 3" variable. i center the "basket" in the frame openng and then the pullout as close to the box front so i can max the reach to the basket in the blind!

What dimensions are the minimum door opening, H and W?

read the directions. depends on what you ordered i am working with a 15 inch part and it work great
