Great quality, capacious. I like the fact that it has got so many pockets, one of which is right against your back, perfect for holding some documents that you need to access easily but want to keep safe at the same time.I have 2 of them, and use them to go for holidays. If you pack your clothes well, you can easily fit a lot!

I’m now coming up for having had this bag for 3 years. It’s been the best rucksack I’ve ever bought and it’s still going! I love the wallet section ticket away safely behind my back, the ample storage pockets (with the very front one also having flap then zip access and a further inner zipped pocket for small valuables as well as the ability to attach keys) and 2 wide side storage pockets for good size water bottles and/or umbrellas. I love the wide opening making it easy to access and find things. It holds a lot yet isn’t bulky, is comfy to wear even when full/heavy and it has a zip lock to protect the main pocket. I always get complemented on it and it wear it for business and well as leisure/casual. It’s very versatile. I’d certainly recommend it.

The quality of this bag is truly excellent and it is definitely great value for money. I simply love it and so glad I got it! It’s comfortable on my back and great to carry by hand too. It fits everything I want to carry - even the kitchen sink! Love it, love it, love it! ❤️

I absolutely love this product it is super comfortable, amazing storage and I love the water resistance quality. It has a storage space at the front, back, back of the inside, front of the inside and two circular storage spaces inside too. My only problem is that I cannot figure how to work the charge station. I have charged it however with out charging the charging point at the same time to plugging my phone into it, I cannot figure how to charge it otherwise. If you do know how to charge a device without charging the power point at the same time please contact me.

I just love this bag. It’s a pretty shade of grey. The top opening is good with added security. The side pockets don’t fall in . It’s a back pack and messenger bag in one. I have recommended it to my nephew.It’s tall so can get files laptop and uniform in easily.I an really pleased with it

Shoulder strap came off after 4 months

Great value for money, I bought the bag to help manage my new way of working between home and the office where I need to move quite a lot of stuff around. The bag is a great size, but not too large that it swamps me (I’m only 5ft2) as that is the risk with this style of bag.It’s very reassuring that there are lots of pockets, all with zips.

EDIT: I had initial issues, as stated below, but was contacted by Grace from customer service and she was incredible! She arranged a replacement backpack to be delivered and it showed up within 2/3 days, she was polite and helpful. I'm glad I have the replacement because the bag is so cute and practical too!INITIAL REVIEW: The bag is comfortable, spacious, reasonably waterproof however, the magnetic popper on the front pocket broke within the first 2 weeks of use and the straps have broken and been repaired twice now and it's never been crazily heavy so I just don't understand how or why. It's a shame because otherwise it would be cute and practical but the quality just isn't there considering the price! Very disappointed to be honest.

This is an amazing backpack for daily use or short trips. Unfortunately, a sharp metal wire become exposed and started to cause cuts on upper arm. One strap became loose. Still it was a great backpack with adequate outside pockets for 2 years.

Estoy encantada con ella.Buscaba una mochila suficientemente resistente para poder llevar el portátil sin tanto miedo a los golpes, y además necesitaba bastante espacio adicional. Estoy encantada con ésta mochila. El diseño es bonito, está bien rematada, y tiene muchísimo espacio. Meto mi portátil y varios libros, agenda, estuche, carpeta... además tiene distintos bolsillos interiores y exteriores para organizar todo lo que tengas que llevar.La parte de la cremallera el rígida, y protege de golpes tanto el portátil como mis libros y carpetas, que siempre han sufrido en las esquinas hasta ahora. el sistema es perfecto para proteger todo.Sin duda recomiendo esta mochila.

Capiente e oltretutto funzionale alle mie esigenze. Entra comodamente un MacBookPro 13 pollici, e altra accessoristica. Poi è molto bella, anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte e di ottima fattura.
