I believe in order for one to get a satisfactory result from this product, several applications must be performed for at least 15 mins or more to get scratches out of the crystal face. It does a good job polishing.

The product name is misleading it does not work at all on mineral crystal glass,does not even remove very very minor scratches from mineral crystal glasss.

I've had some deep nasty & annoying scratches on the mineral of my favourite watch for some time. Not anymore. This polishing powder used with a little water and a damp cloth took them away completely. It took about 30 minutes of polishing in a circular motion with a little bit of pressure, but it was well worth the effort. The powder simply washes off under the tap.I repair watches as a hobby and resell them. Using this powder on one of my own best watches was the safest way to see if it would work without causing damage on one I intend to sell. It didn't and worked well so I won't hesitate to use it again.Highly recommended.

I had an unsightly graze on the face of a watch, it wasn't too deep but was very noticeable. Quarter of an hour polishing in small circles and the graze is gone.I'm now inspecting the rest of my watches to see if any of them need a bit of tlc.Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend.
