Wouldn’t waste your money
Soon as you plug it in and turn it on it makes this horrible zapping noise that doesn’t turn off and it’s so loud I just unplugged it straight away

Not packaged properly.
Good morning, the item received is what I wanted however the Bug Zapper, arrived with a broken bulb. The electrical plug was also not suitable for Australia but I managed to purchase the necessary adaptor. With the globe/bulb I have been unable to locate one in my area. (out of stock) Do you happen to sell the globe/bulb seperately? Please let me know. Thanking you in advance. Sue Adams

correct power source
items sold as electrical items and selling on amazon australia they should tell you that it is compatible power - some vendors do BUT this arrived knowing it was sold to an Australian consumer with US power leads

Loud operating noise, unusable
It made such a loud electrical noise that it is unusable. We did leave it on for awhile in case it was dust but nothing changed.A waste of money

Did not catch any bugs.
This zapper did not work for us. After days and late evenings with it plugged in, no bugs were caught. Didn’t even hear the zapping sound. I am not sure how some people had a better experience with it, but unfortunately it did nothing for us and we had to return it. We ended up buying another zapper at a local store for the same price and it’s been working great so far. In my humble opinion, this zapper is not worth the money.Update: I’ve been getting constant emails from the seller asking me to remove my negative review. They have even offered me gift cards and compensation if I remove the review. I think this is something to be aware of. Who knows how many people actually removed their negative reviews because of that. It’s important to have honest reviews on Amazon. Otherwise what’s the point of having any.
