Tumbled and broke right after I organized my shoes!
It’s very flimsy and not sturdy at all. But I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. So I organized all my son’s shoes/sneakers with fingers crossed! Next morning I get up and find all the shoes all over the places and the shelf in pieces.I still wanted to try and thought maybe I’ll just secure it to the wall. But then, as I was reassembling it, I noticed the plastic connectors were actually cracked open! So not only will I have to secure it to the wall, but I’ll also have to somehow tape the cracked connectors. My kid’s shoes are not even heavy. This shelf is too long and too thin so it doesn’t hold much without tumbling over. This is meant to be a shoe rack? It’s more like for a few papers maybe. I’m so disappointed. I’ll see how I can manage using this for now until I find another better quality shelf.

Works as Intended just missing the correct legs
** Update - because the bottom legs didnt come with the rack, the rack eventually broke and tipped over for me. The plastic pieces that held the metal parts together completely broke on the bottom tiers. Customer service partially refunded because of the legs the first time, but once i told them the rack broke they couldnt help further. Since the bottom tier plastic parts broke, i just replaced them with parts from a tier i didnt use and now it still works but I switched out my partner’s larger shoes for my shoes since its lighter and he didn’t want to risk ruining his sneaker collection. im still worried the rack will break again, but for now it suffices. not bad for the price but don’t put super valuable shoes on it. **This fit my closet perfectly. It is a 10 tier but unfortunately i didnt have enough space to fit the extra tiers. Assembly was overall simple, but tedious. As you can see, it fits high top nikes in a single tier which is awesome. My main cons were that if I plan to take a shoe out I have to use my other hand to hold the rack still since there is not enough of a gap on a single tier for a high top nike to pull in and out seamlessly. Another con is that its missing the bottom leg pegs, however since i had extra tiers i used what shouldve been the top shelf pipes (rounded corner tubes) to put on the bottom so that the metal pipe legs wouldnt scratch my floor and it seems to work fine.Overall, for the price i cant complain. I wouldnt say its extremely sturdy but its sturdy enough to hold a bunch of mens shoes, just be careful when taking a shoe in and out.

I would ONLY purchase this for children's shoes
Put it together and in less than 24 hours tower would have been on the floor but I placed it in a nook and was leaning up against the wall. 7 pairs of dress shoes, 2 pairs of sneakers, and get this 12 pairs of Crocks and the tower fell?!?! I'm a male who wears size 10.5 and or 11 shoe. Sneakers and Crocks are 11, and the dress shoes are 10.5. LIKE EVERYONE ELSE THE PLASTIC connections bended and broke. I didn't even bother trying to get my $$ back, you get what you pay for and I've asked my dear friend to help me build on out of wood. We are going to work on it next week. SAVE YOUR MONEY and purchase a solid shoe stand. Also putting it together isn't too hard unless you get the pipes that are incorrectly sized and snapping them together is MORE LIKE SLAMMING THEM TOGETHER. Good luck to anyone who needs a "good shoe rack". Again unless it's for children, I wouldn't purchase this again even if they sent it to me for FREE! NO WAY, I might try to use it to make a Halloween prop though, it's kinda scary!

What I Needed!
Exactly what I needed and easy to assemble. The fabric shelves do dip a little but it’s fine for the price.
