This is the first Na Na doll I’ve bought. Honestly I only bought it because my daughter saw it at a store and wanted the eagle purse it comes with so bad. I bought this for Christmas for her and she loved the bag of course. In my opinion the doll is cute, her hair is soft. The eagle freedom concept is adorbs! In my daughters opinion the bag was the coolest things and the doll sets on her shelf. I think she’s just use to Barbies and these are a lot different. They don’t sit well. The fabric of the doll could easily and quickly get dirty. Probably will be the only Na Na I buy. 50/50 option of the doll.

A beautiful doll or any product should be properly protected for shipping and handling. This particular doll was packed carelessly in a shipping bag. Especially when it's placed on a wet ground. Very disappointing.

Compared to the price these things are getting to, this was quite good value. The packaging is well presented but lots of tie tags, etc, to undo to get the doll and bag out. Could do more to make that simpler and reduce the use of non recyclable materials.
