Hard to assemble
Very difficult to assemble, had to use hot glue and lots of it, I used 8 sticks to put 4 of these kits together, but I am no expert hobbyist. Thinking about it, you'd be better off using plastic weld or 2 part epoxy putty to put it together.

SCAM. Looks nothing like this and cannot be assembled without glue gun
It is not black, it is brown and grey and looks cheap. It comes as three parts with nothing to lock them together. The only way to use it would be to glue gun it.

Nice ruined corner, Even nicer price
Like all wargames I’m always on the look out for good scenery that fits in with as many systems as possible. This little corner ruin is a nice neat and simple bit of kit. You get 3 pieces in total 2 resin walls and an MDF floor. The outside of the walls are nice and rough with a couple of windows. The inside however is very smooth. All I did was paint it 2 colours then dirtied them up with a little wash, a little black paint round the windows stuck the floor in place and that was it.The floor I put in upside down on purpose as I think it gives it more strength that way. That’s the only minor criticism I have, and it’s easy enough to make it look like it should be that way round. There was a little flash that needed tidying up but nothing too much. For the price I think it’s a great piece.Never been disappointed by WWS stuff. A company I am happy to deal with.

Just what I needed
Love it, just what I wanted and a very good price.I want this for a Halloween graveyard play scene and the derelict building is a great addition, having the broken floor boards allows me to add a tree that appears to be growing up through the floor and building.Easy to stick together no instructions needed, I used rapid Epoxy that was movable for five minutes, sets fully in two hours, I did the two walls allowed them to set a while then fixed on the floor.Any resin that got where it wasn't needed was easy to clean of, I gave the inside a quick sand and then painted black with acrylic paint.

Its really cheap, but it's fantastic!
You receive two walls and a wooden first floor. The walls are textured on the outside, with bullet holes, cracked plaster with bricks showing through, lol, feels weird saying it, but, brilliant signs of war damage. Cool! Even the mdf first floor flooring is scored and coloured to look like planking, and staggered cut at the edge to look like planks have been knocked off due to damage sustained. All this for only £3.50. It makes a nice scenery addition, and for once doesn't cost the bank to actually own, fantastic!!!!

Excellent bit of building
For the price this is an excellent bit of kit, nice damage on the outer walls, inner walls need sanding to get rid of the shiny finish, but this is not a problem, makes up into a great diorama piece.
