You definitely get what you pay for
I bought this on 01/17/2022. I was pleasantly surprised that instead of having a 512GB SSD, it came with a 1TB SSD. Due possibly to the graphics card, the laptop runs noticeably hot, although the fans seem to work fine. It's noticeably heavy. Quite fast, as an expensive laptop should be. So far I have not encountered any problems with it, but it's too soon to tell. If anything should arise, I'll do a follow up on this review.

Poorly constructed, terrible quality control, and terrible customer support and service.
Within two weeks of owning this product the computer turned off and would not turn on again. Dell support sent a package to return the computer to their repair center and after what can only be described as the laziest and most half-baked troubleshooting session and repairs they returned the computer to me stating that the battery and several 'wires' were loose upon first assembly. The computer ran for another 2 weeks before once again turning off permanently. Do not buy this product. Avoid everything Dell touches like the plague.

Disappointed and wishing I had spent my money on an ASUS
I purchased this in September 2021 and am already having my 2nd motherboard replacement. The first one was replaced after 5 months and second motherboard went out after 5 days. Dell will not replace the laptop unless 3 major parts have been replaced within a certain timeframe and they would not refund my money after 30 days. This has been a major disappointment and certainly not what I paid a lot of money for.

Nothing but problems.
Keyboard often unresponsive and will not turn on. Can not sit on lap while gaming or it will burn you.Outside of the return of course. Waste of money.
