T5e / E7 / T5 Edge Action Camera Original Battery Rechargeable Spare Battery 1100mAH 3.7 V Li-ion

I was a little worried about the availability of extra batteries for my ThiEYE T5 Action Camera as the batteries are slightly different from the ones in the majority of Chinese based action cameras that are currently on the market. However the ThiEYE T5/T5e Action Camera Original Spare Battery appears to be the original OEM battery. It arrived in a bag clearly identifying it as a T5/T5e Rechargeable Battery and the size and markings are the same as one of the original batteries I received with the camera. The camera came with two batteries, one was marked with 1704 on the tab and the other 1612, other than that they looked identical. This battery has 1612 marked on the battery tag. (see pictures for comparison) The battery charges up and seems to work just fine. If I experience any issues I'll update this review.

I want to give Thieye Customer Service 5 stars! My first camera kept freezing and after doing everything the Service rep suggested the problem persisted! They did not hesitate to send out a new camera! I have not been able to use the camera much as of yet but I did snap an awesome picture of the full moon during the eclipse.

Barely holds charge for 10 mins.

If you have a ThiEye camera, having extra batteries is a must. Make sure you are buying the batteries for the right model of ThiEye! These work great with the ThiEye T5e. I used them this weekend to record games at a tournament. I currently have 3 batteries. I am planning to buy a couple more. Ideally, I would like 1 battery per match.

Good battery. Wish it lasted longer.

I've purchase a couple of these, and the OEM batteries that came with the T5 and the extra ones all perform within the same. I'll update the review with actual mah rating as soon as I finish my battery testing lab.

Battery could last longer, but it's the same as the original on holding a charge and time used.

Ho preso questa batteria per la mia camera Andoer AN7000 che sembrava uguale alla Thieye. Infatti la batteria funziona benissimo. Spedizione rapida costo onesto. Presa sui siti cinesi si risparmiava ma la spedizione sarebbe stata lentissima.

It's a standard battery, shame ThiEYE still don't have a stand alone battery charger. And every time you take the battery out to fit the spare you loose the date settings.

An excellent backup battery at a good price.
