I’ve been meaning to leave a review for this stuff. The reason why this is my go-to when I am constipated is because I get results. With other choices what comes out is mostly water, not all the waste I know was stuck in there and needed to come out. What this product does is actually soften what’s in there and stimulates release. Last year I had trouble for 2 whole months and then one day I was regular again. It was a stressful time for me because I think I have taken #2 for granted. I realized how important it is to create an environment within your body that helps your body do what it needs to function properly. During those two months I did a lot of soul searching. What am I holding onto? I tried yoga, meditation, visualization, exercise, massage… all things you can do for your body (for free on YT) if you find yourself in this situation. I have a routine that I’ve stuck with (and it works for me) since those two months because I do not want to be constipated for over a few days ever again. Every night I take a magnesium glycinate. If i skip a day of deuce, that night i take magnesium citrate instead of the glycinate. If I still don’t get results i go for this intestinal movement formula and usually that does the trick. I just take one and if one pill doesn’t do it then the next night i take two and that for-sure shows results. I plan to always have a bottle on hand. If you are a bigger in build, probably take two like it recommends. If you’re on the small side, try one. I find if I take 2 when I don’t need to, things come out less solid. Hope this helps someone. This is the BEST!! As someone with intestinal issues (crohns) I struggled with going once I was on humira. Other products give you cramps, horrible experiences or simply do not work. This keeps me regular with no side effects or problems. Their other product SCRAM I also highly recommend. My fiancé and I did the parasite cleanse and we felt so full of energy + our cravings for sugar completely went away 🙏🏼

After suffering from IBS-C & chronic constipation from taking pain meds since 2009 I have suffered pain & discomfort for too long wondering if anything would ever be 'normal' again. I have also been to the ER 2x with blockages. I have been on miralax daily, I often take 5/5 mgs of biscydol & 5 stool softeners. It takes days for it to work & I have all the uncomfortable cramping that goes with it, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. I have tried enimas and many times that does not work. I have also tried magnesium and still not always getting results. I am lucky if I go once a week. This has been life changing for me and I will never be without it again!!! After 3 days of taking this and clearing things out, I am finally regular again!!!! I usually have 2-3 healthy movements a day, and no cramping!!! I take 1 in the a.m. & 1 at night now for maintenance. The first 3 days I took 2 in the a.m. and again in the evening. This has simply been a miracle for me. I hope my review will help at least one person with this awful condition. I am a first time regular customer, so this really is a true testament.

We love these!!!!! We used to use Sienna, then later Cascara Sagrada... both of which gave heavy cramping, especially the Sienna, and if taken too much could cause lazy bowel, but THESE... these babies are awesome! My friend, a natural-minded nurse- told me about them a few yrs ago. I don't use anything but this now. I have a very bad diet, as does my daughter, but if I take just one of these a day, I never have a hard time going. These don't make you cramp. They keep you regular and they just make it SLIP RIGHT OUT EASILY and effortlessly. I think my hemorrhoids have actually reduced, and my leaky gut has improved also. I don't have nearly the discomfort, gas, bloating, & noisiness coming from my abdomen that I used to. (Although these improvement are also due & thanks to my taking Aloe also. The aloe I use can be found by viewing my other reviews.) As for my daughter, she's always had a hard time going.. would be on the toilet for 1/2 hr every time. (She's been tested for gluten intolerance & have been off for a month or two, yet still has elimination difficulties, which we all know is VERY unhealthy). But this has been SO helpful!!! I highly recommend this product.

This product was the only supplement that would help with constipation. I took this for several months and was very happy with the results. I had a colonoscopy while being on this product for months and was shocked when my colonoscopy film revealed a black colon! The doctor reported it was from laxative overuse and this happens. This condition is called melanosis coli. Rhubarb and senna plants can cause this condition. Damage is caused to the mucus lining and the cells die. I discontinued this product immediately. I wish the company that manufactures this would eliminate the rhubarb and change the formula. This is definitely not good for chronic constipation.
