Why can't I use the parking monitoring feature?

First of all, you must buy the original hardwire kit, then go to the settings, set the Time-lapse Recording to 0.5S/1S/5S, and set the Time-lapse Mode to 12H/24H.

Why is the recorded picture or video not clear enough?

Confirm the protective film has been removed from all lenses. Regularly clean the lenses with a microfiber cloth to remove dirt or smudges.

Why won't the device turn on? Why the screen will not power on?

Please use the original power cord supplied with this product. Third-party power cords or power cords from other JOMISE models are not compatible. Please do not use the all-in-one cigarette lighter converter.
