Awesome, easy to use, effective!
I LOVE this degreaser! We had TONS of oil stains on our garage floor. I followed the instructions - wipe away debris, cover the area with some water, and splash some of this product on the stains. Wait a few minutes, and then use a scrub brush of some kind to scrub away the grease. Let it all sit for about 15 minutes, and then wipe up with paper towels. The grease came off perfectly!! Our garage floor is finally clean!

scrub, scrub, scrub
definitely important when cleaning garage floor. Though it does take some elbow grease to scrub until the grease/oil is removed is tedious, with the right brush this works very well.

It is what is it - a degreaser. But it will only remove surface grease.
I've used this product several times over the years in preparation for Rust-Oleum Garage Epoxy in several of my houses as well as friends and family. I've always applied the product directly to the affected areas I wished to clean (full strength) - it always seems to remove the surface oil and greases that potentially affect the application of the epoxy. Using a stiff-bristle brush with some slight vigorous scrubbing and if you'll see the surface start to clean up. As mentioned in a couple other reviews, it won't remove the stain (read: deep down grease/oil) completely since concrete is porous (unless it's been sealed). Since most people use this in conjunction to paint or epoxy concrete, that shouldn't be a problem. Are there better products for the money? Possibly - but this is recommended for cleaning prior to application of Rust-Oleum products and it has yet to do me wrong!

No wow effect on oils stain
Used it to clean up oil stain on the garage floor. I did not see visible effect on the stain. I first cleaned the floor with Clorox. The stain reduced by 20-30%. Poured the degreasers on, let it sit for several minute and scrub it hard. Strong chemical smell but no “wow” effect. Maybe took the stain by another 10%.

Didn’t work
Had two fresh oil stains on my driveway. Purchased this, followed the directions exactly, and really no change. Repeated the process numerous times and it did not remove the oil stains at all. Perhaps it works well on light stains but oil drips directly on concrete, complete failure to remove. Feel like I wasted that money.

Works like a charm!
We are very glad that we purchased this Rust-Oleum degreaser. It is easy to use and works wonderfully. When one of our cars starting leaking antifreeze in our driveway, we tried several other degreasers (those in gallon jugs) but none of those got up the entire mess. We could always see the outline or remains of the liquid. That is until we tried this Rust-Oleum degreaser. My husband followed the simple directions and now our driveway looks perfect again.Love this stuff.

Good Stuff
I used this prior to doing my garage floor with the solvent-based epoxy shield. I bought a scrub brush at home depot and mixed 4 gallons of water with four bottles of this stuff and scrubbed the heck out of the floor. This worked great to take up 8 years of grease and dirt that had built up on top of the existing epoxy coating. I then used a vibrating floor sander that I rented from home depot to scuff the existing expoxy coating. Then I did another light scrubing of the floor to remove the dust and particles left after the sanding and any remaining dirt/oil. I then put down a coat of the dark grey solvent based coating from Rusoleum. Then atfter that was dry enough, I put down two coats of the solvent based Rustoleum clear. Its been about a month and so far it looks great!!

Very good product and not expensive.
I used this on a garage floor that was not well cared for , had paint spills and even sealer spills on it. It worked great using a good brush broom to scrub. I didnt use much at all maby 1/3 of the bottle on 400 sq ft floor. I like it and it was not expensive.
