I keep getting email asking me to review this purchase.This things worked amazing for about a hour. then it tweaked out like it had turrets and the thumb controls didnt work after it twitched out. I contacted support to replace it. They kept having me trouble shoot and take video after video and kept giving excuses until I finally just gave up on it, I really wanted to use this thing but ended up buying a ronin s. so I never actually got to use this item to film with. just tossed it in a junk drawer. The item I am not sure how good it work, but customer support supporting their product I give a 1 star.

I'm a car salesman and I want to buy a stabilizer to shoot short videos. I just came across SMOOTH5 stabilizer, recommended by a friend who specializes in short videos, and I heard him say that this is a new product just launched by Zhiyun.I saw a lot of problems on the platform about smooth4 on Android phones are not compatible, now that product has been several years, now just released smooth5 should not appear before smooth4 problems.The product has been received, looks very good look, after all, the benchmark is DJI OM5, I just like the niche brand.

Worth the updated its practically useless. There are better cheaper options on Amazon. A simple search will help.

It broke after just using it twice in 6 weeks. Is it a bad copy or indicative of the quality of the manufacturer? What specifically broke was the trigger mechanism on the front of the gimbal which controls various functions in different modes, without it, selfie mode and lock are useless which truly limits the use of the gimbal. Amazon is sending me a new one, so for now, it gets a one for quality. I'll update the review after I have had the new one for sometime and can give it a long term review or tell you its junk.
