Helpful to stay connected and have proper arm position. Useful for half strokes though difficult to hit full shots. Absolutely no reason to spend more money on the better name product

The strap adjustment does not hold so you must constantly adjust after each shot. I added a paper clip to hold it in place and this was a simple work around. It’s not very easy to hit balls with it and it will take a lot of focus and patience to get it to work. There are no instructions so it’s very much trial and error. But for the price it’s adequate if your looking to save a few dollars.

Good idea about being inflatable to adjust to your likes and tape around your neck so if you the ball falls from you forearm it won't drop the ball on the floor and need to pick it up. THE BIGGEST SETBACK is the pump is cheap and didn't pump air. I have an air pump so I could fill it up using my pump.

I always had trouble with my irons. Not hitting them flush and mostly slicing. First time I use this ball with my 7 iron my balls were going straight. as soon as I didn’t use it, my balls would slice. used it again and my balls went straight. Now it’s just a matter of figuring out what I’m doing when I’m not using the ball to assist me.
