I used them for 10 month pictures for my son and the outfit was perfect! He wears 12M clothes and the 12-18M fit perfect. It probably would've fit if he was a little bigger as well. It wasn't hard to put on, I just had to unbutton the top few buttons on the shirt and everything else had elastic and could be pulled on. The suspenders are elastic and so are the pants and the bowtie. Very cute outfit!
