Strange to say this but the carpet is slippery you can easily slip or slide on it. Extremely soft but definitely should be noted that it is slick. Kid loved it and thought it was the coolest thing and immediately made a carpet Angel in it. Kid approved for sure due to softness and comfort, but also a slipping hazard if you aren’t prepared for it. We still overall love, especially for size and price. 😊

As soon as we got this rug, my dog demanded I take a new Tinder profile picture for her. It came vacuum sealed to take up less space, which was pretty nice. I was able to keep it in the packaging until I was ready to put it out so it would take up less space. It also fluffed up surprisingly quickly once I opened it. It is sooooo soft and fluffy! The bottom has a slight bit of padding, which adds to the comfy factor. My husband and I actually took a break and laid on it for a few minutes, and it was so nice!The downsides: I have absolutely no idea how this is going to vacuum. I didn’t realize it was made of muppet fur when I ordered it, and I’m not sure how one cleans that particular material. I do have a smaller version of this same rug, which states that it can be machine washed and line dried, so it is possible that this could be washed in a large washer. It’s also pretty hard to get it to lay entirely flat. I think the way the fuzz is attached to the backing just makes it difficult. The grippy dots on the back are utterly useless. Rosie the Tinder dog finds this endlessly entertaining, as she likes to charge in from the other room and slide when she hits the rug. The humans in the house are less entertained, since we’d rather not accidentally reenact that famous Tom Cruise scene from Risky Business.Overall, it’s a great value for the money if you find a better rug gripper. I don’t know whether the muppets used in it are ethically sourced, but they sure are comfy.

Nice, easy to manage

The item is so soft and beautiful when you1st get it, but once you wash it, the backing shrinks. I washed it in cold water by itself it came out white again. But my rug didn't go back to the original texture that it had after washed. And like I said the backing shrinks. Note: I purchased the largest size, so it took days for it to air dry. I live in apt so I didn't have any where safe to hang it outside to dry.

If you are not going to walk on this rug and it’s only for a room that’s not used it’s ok but otherwise it’s not a practical rug because it is slippery.

It’s a nice color and good size, but this is not a shaggy rug. If anything the material is super soft and has a weird hair-like texture. It’s not bad, but not as advertised in my opinion.

The rug is nice, my grandson lays on top of it and loves it. However, it has a very slick texture and if you're wearing socks, try not to slip and fall. Other then that, it's decent. It is very thin on the bottom, nothing fancy. But I wanted a big inexpensive rug under my bed and this works. Would not put this somewhere there's alot of traffic like a living room though.
