I have tried multiple brands of melatonin. This is the only one that has actually helped me fall asleep fast and stay asleep all night. Don't let the 1mg strength fool you. The other brands I have bought in the past were 5 mg and 10 mg. They gave me horrible nightmares. These do not give me nightmares and they work! I have had horrible sleep issues in the past. I will be using these forever!
