Nature's Bounty Absorbable B-Complex with Folic Acid Plus Vitamin C, 100 Softgels

I liked that this was a gel cap, although the gel cap is quite large. It's almost an inch long and 3/8 inch in diameter.

I can really tell a difference in my energy levels with this vitamin b. I’ve tried most of the brands out there and this one by far works better for me.

When I ordered the B Complex softgels I mistakenly believed I was ordering the Vit B softgels like our last bottle. While both are excellent vitamins, the size of the B Complex is significantly larger and not appropriate for much of the older population of adults. The B Complex is about 3 x the length & 2 times the depth of the Super B. Picture attached.

My husband has taken these for some time and likes them. I tried them with no luck. I am sure the vitamins are fine which is why I gave them 4 stars. However, the coating on the tablet upset my stomach. My advice is if you are sensitive to tablet coatings, look for softgels.

These smell terrible when you open the bottle, and the pills are so big, even though they’re capsules, they are huge ….way too big!!! They make you gag trying to swallow them. I would not recommend these.

Bought for comprehensive vitamin profile. However, did not realize how large the capsules are.
