Q: What is the minimum table width for the clamps to be installed?

Honestly, I don't remember what I bought, width wise. Amazon asked me to answer this question, and my tape happened to be on my desk when I opened the email. The width of my extender is 25.25", and the clamps are 0.5" inboard of that on each side. So, if you are buying a 29.5" extender, the minimum clamping width OD would be 28.5". In my case, the minimum clamp width was 24.25".
