AWESOME!!
We have mainly used it for heat and it is amazing. We heat it up for about a minute each time and it gives a wonderful heat that is moist without being messy. We plan on getting another to keep in the freezer. Totally recommend!

I love this heat pad . I suffer from tennis elbow & tendinitis in my forearms and this soft pad is the perfect length for my arm to sit in the crack with me elbow resting in the middle. It helps relieve the pain. I wish it stayed warm longer but it’s no big deal to reheat it if I need more time.Often times before bed I heat it up and lay it in my bed for my elbow to rest on, it helps me fall asleep without pain. Will buy another for the other arm.
