The media could not be loaded.  The electric pump that comes with it makes it super simple and quick to get it up and ready in under five minutes. The top layer is a nice soft velour like. So you’re not laying on cold plastic layer. Great price, quality & comfort.

I purchased this mattress in July of 2023. When I inflated it in December of 2023, 5 months later, the left side would no longer hold air. I contacted Beauty Rest by email, which is apparently the only way to contact customer service. I was advised that the mattress was only guaranteed for 4 months after purchase and that I would be able to purchase a replacement from them for half the cost. I asked about returning the mattress for repair by them and was advised that repair was not an option and that I could buy a repair kit at Wal-Mart or some other store and fix it myself. The leak is from the valve. I find their guaranty of only 4 months for a product that is used occasionally to be questionable

I did return this before opening it, although I think it would have been a good choice in the wide, wide field of inflatable mattresses. Reviewers mention it is comfortable, and the air pump is external, which seemed to me like a better idea than an embedded hard thing in a giant balloon. Most people highlighting leaks, which are a part of the deal with an air mattress, showed images of leaks around an internal (embedded) pump. I could be wrong about all of this, but for me it made more sense for it to be a separate item. This mattress profile was supposed to be 15", which would allow you to put a topper on it for warmth and then a deep pocket sheet. More high profile might be more comfortable, but you still have to top and sheet it if you have a guest, so I went with this instead as a compromise.However, I have two cats, and in the time it took them to deliver the mattress, I had read some further reviews that mentioned there could be inflatable mattresses specifically for pet households. I just knew my cats were going to puncture it (not intentionally, but they are curious and hey, who could blame them?) if I had kept it. Packaging was solid and clean, delivery fairly prompt.

This bed is very comfortable and never lost air!Love it!!

We are using this for guests because we only have one guest bedroom. We can set this up in the office and have enough room for family to come visit. Very easy to inflate and deflate, then store away until we need it again.

They say it's got a year warranty but it actually only has 3 months pump is limited and only under the strictest usage so basically a pump's never fails

Es cómodo, una o dos personas duermen sin problema en él. Cómo cualquier colchón inflable hay que cuidarlo, recomiendo poner algo debajo de él para evitar que se pinche o se desgaste con el uso directo del suelo. Se infla y desinfla fácilmente. Yo lo he usado por poco tiempo pero en general es bueno por la calidad-precio.

Exactly as advertised. Came in a timely fashion. Excellent as an extra bed when family comes by.

Es muy bueno, fácil de inflar y desinflar. Es cómodo. El único detalle es que se va desinflando conforme pasa los días pero con la bomba que trae es fácil de llenar de aire de nuevo

El material se ve de buena calidad, pero al usarlo resulta lo contrario, solo lo use una semana y se desinflaba por las noches, no lo recomiendo
