The holistic vet we use did a blood nutrition test on our 12.5 year old Doberman. It turned out she was in need of a bit of help with digestion so that she would get the full amount of nutrients from her food. This was what she prescribed to do the job. Bella seems to like the taste and I mix it with a bit of water to create a bit of a gravy with her food. No complaints.

Outstanding for my dogs. They no longer let out those terrible smelling farts that could gag a maggot!!!!

Buyer beware. I purchased this from another vendor. It smells very strongly like mold. So much so, that my dogs (who will eat things that smell terrible) won't go near it. I called the company and the looked up the batch number and insisted there is nothing wrong with the product . they did not offer to take it back or even to have me send them a sample. Their only suggestion was to leave the lid off so the odor could dissipate (I). Perhaps it is the beet root that gives it the odor. But the smell of mold is so strong that I can't even consider feeding it. I will have to find another product.

This was recommended to me by a friend for my dog's loose stools. While it's been working pretty well for him it's been great for my senior pup. She had really bad diarrhea, I gave her this in each meal and by the end of the second day she had solid poo again.
