The product appears to be well made and works as described. This is my first experience with a device of this type, I've used it once, seems to be effective at this point. I would recommend it for nasal cleansing.

This product seemed to work well for me.. as so I thought. I had reoccurring sinus issues couple times a year... and I heard these worked well and I thought I would save a couple bucks by getting this one. Well since, I had lost my inability to taste for a week and I was negative for Covid(and I had my shots and boosters anyways). I have not been able to sneeze since using this product. I've probably used it 8x since February. I went to the doctor and they said I was positive for MRSA. SO maybe it's my health issues. But I'm really weary about these packets... I dont think they are so good for your nose.. I've been having bad migraines. And it started with the rinses. Everything tastes bad now... like "long covid" ....

It came quickly and works fine; however, the instructions say to fill with 500 ml of water in the 300ml container. It might be a no brainer that instructions meant 300, but this error makes me wonder about other errors in the product.

This took me a minute to hold the bottle correctly and to remember to keep my mouth open. It has a small plastic strip to tell you when the temp is ok. This has helped me so much with my allergies. I very seldom take decongestants. For me, that is fantastic!! I use it almost everyday.

pressing the button on the bottom of the bottle, the water flow is very very weak! The saline packets cannot easily be torn open - almost impossible to open by hand!And to make matters worse, this item CANNOT be returned!
