Q: To make a wider design, can I add 2 sculptures with the fish next to each other? Or will they not really blend together??

I did not purchase this item. I purchased another metal item.

Q: Can this be used outdoors too?

I think so. We hung ours over a walk in shower so while it does get much temp variance, there is moisture. After about a year, no sign of rust or discoloration. Note that the built in eyelets for mounting are way too small. So we used a bigger headed screw/molly and hung the bases of 2 fish. Painted screws black. Doesn’t show. But if your outdoor location has wind, may need to have more positive connection.
