Great product
This is a life changing tool, especially if you have large aquarium. Just follow the instructions and you are good to go.

Small diameter hose = low flow
This is only a 1/2" ID hose, so the flow is too slow. It doesn't pick up the gravel at all.I love the integrated valve arrangement and it was very easy to assemble, but the hose should be 5/8" or even 3/4" to have adequate flow.

Great alternative to carrying buckets
Definitely makes water changes easier and faster. However, it also results in wasting water as you run the tap in order to create the suction. Better suited for smaller aquariums so as to minimize the amount of water wasted.

Hygger water change set
Hygger makes quality products. I also ordered digital heaters for my fish tanks. I’m not sure what else but everything is very good quality compared to others. I’m sold on Hygger products. All of them are well-made. With the water changer, the joints and everything at the Fossett are metal and everybody else’s are plastic and don’t last for a long. I believe my. Hygger will probably last forever.

It accomplishes it purposes
It doesn't fit in sink faucet. And no instructions on how to install it or attach to sink faucet( it attach to garden hose type). So I had to buy a longer one to attach to the laundry room sink faucet ( but it still short/ big house). The water flow is slow, Collecting debris in water is hard too. It doesn't attach to the faucet properly and water leaks.

It's ok could be better
The hose is 3ft shorter than its supposed to be. They said it would stretch. Now it just kinks up. The thing that connects is plastic and it has a part that fits together and it leaks. So pressure is what sucks the water out so it has to spray in order for it to draw this water down and it sprays and leaks and has soaked my bathroom twice. The setup doesn't take into account that you will be working sometimes in a different room from the hookup also. There are some different ways they could have designed it. It's made really cheap. You could probably go to lowes and go to the garden section and do it yourself and get a good house and the length you paid for
