This review is for YYCFB 16.5 inch Giant Wooden Spoon. This spoon has a very smooth finish and feels nice to hold and it looks very nice. The spoon is long enough to reach the bottom of large pans or woks and is elegantly shaped, although I would have preferred a slightly rounder and more sturdy handle. However be advised that this is not really a cooking spoon. I used mine to make a casserole with some fairly vigorous scraping around the bottom of the pan, which was a silly mistake. This spoon will not withstand heavy duty cooking tasks nor, I suspect, even regular cooking over a prolonged period. Nor is it suitable for going in the dishwasher. It's a nice looking and quite decorative spoon that is best saved for lighter duty tasks such as gentle stirring or mixing.

This is an impressive size! I’ve been using it for a week on various recipes but it worked particularly well on a full batch -cooked portion of bolognaise as it was able to reach the contents at the bottom of the casserole pot.I found it strong enough to stir effectively and it washes easily. Overall a good quality product at a reasonable price.
