My husband loves this thing! He has bad back problems and this helped to alleviate his issues. Very comfortable. Definitely not suitable to wear under clothes because it is kind of bulky and sticks up quite a bit at the base of the neck. My husband wears his over his shirt when he is at home and he really likes it. He says it has helped him a lot.

The waist belt needs more support.
