I use these Stepfowarder wrist weight for my morning walk and absolutely love them! Having the weights secured by my thumbs works great for keeping them in place and eliminating chaffing caused by movement while I'm doing curls or upper cuts for 5 miles. My one concern is that the velcro strap used to secure it seems to be losing it's ability to grip. I'm concerned that in just a few more weeks I'll have to find another way to keep them still. Perhaps either a different velcro material or a strap to physically secure it as a backup would work. Other than that it's a great product.

They are a little more bulky than I wanted but they serve their purpose and do a good job!

Great wrist weights. Seem well made. I love the thumb holes..keeps them from flopping around during workouts.

The sizing of these hand/wrist weights are more so sized for men they're to big and don't firmly fit.

Great for arm exercises

My wife is not a big woman, and the wrist straps barely reach around her wrist. They would definitely not fit me. The thumb hole is too small and left a big mark after only 5 minutes.I noticed another comment on the 3lb weight saying they were big and better for a man.

I bought this for my son who is in a wheelchair and has cerebral palsy. He’s unable to grasp anything with his right hand. I thought this would be perfect because he could put us them in it and do armless get all the exercise he knees without worrying about holding onto a weight which would be almost impossible for him. This has been an amazing addition to his therapy. If you have someone that can’t grasp or has a weekend this is the most amazing product for them thank you so much.
