Poor quality and VERY poor customer service
The product arrived quickly and fit perfectly but FAILED after 10 months. The voltage regulator died. I was directed by Amazon to contact the manufacturer for warranty service. DB Electrical sent me back to Amazon customer service and told me that they have to honor the 1 year warranty. I called Amazon customer service who told me that it was not returnable after 30 days and told me to contact the seller, which I did (again). DB Electrical again said they couldn't do anything to help me and sent me back to Amazon customer service, whom I called AGAIN. I was finally transferred to a supervisor who told me that I could not get a replacement, only a credit back after I return the item. I told them OK and she issued me a QR code to ship it back for a credit. The refund is for LESS than I paid because I am being charged a RESTOCKING fee for returning a defective item. DO NO BUY this product because they don't last and because you will NOT get any warranty support. VERY disappointed in both Amazon and DB Electrical for their ABYSMAL support.

It works!
Quick shipping. Well packaged, looked brand new. Once it was installed my car started right up. Its also really awesome they have a help line, even if i didnt need it. Would 100% use this company again.

Did not last one day ! Voltage regulator bad on supposedly new alternator!
Garbage alternator ! Voltage regulator going out ! Only lasted a day! Not happy!
