Can you stick 1/4" drive in the hole? i know bosch makes a model like that. it doesn't say but it looks like a hole in the top like the bosch version.

No, we do not recommend sticking a 1/4 drive into the hole of the DCF922B.

This appears to have the same torque ratios as my 3/8 atomic, does it work as a 1/2 , slightly more power or should I stick to my 3/8-1/2 adapter

The DCF922B works as a 1/2 inch but if you are talking about your 3/8 atomic, you should stick to your 3/8-1/2 adapter.

Dcf921 has a hog ring 1/2 anvil and if you're changing sockets often its easier. Dcf922 has a 1/2 detent pin and if you want a more secure socket connection it's pretty good. Both are very good impact wrenches.
