If you have heavy periods you'll almost certainly in time find a brand that works for you and stick to it. For me, it's Always Infinity. It's not a guarantee that you won't leak, but it's the closest thing I've found to one.They're more expensive than the average sanitary towel but I've found the security and comfort of them (both mental and physical) is worth it. If you have to spend a quarter of your life wearing sanitary protection, it's worth spending money on in my experience.

I need to buy in bulk to meet people's needs and the product is reliable and good quality. The provider company delivers quickly and my purchases are always handled smoothly and efficiently.

Great product

I don’t usually write long reviews but this product deserves my time and effort. I hope my review helps another woman who has burst pipe type heavy periods like I do .I first used the infinity line about 6years ago but they disappeared from the super market selves in the uk . I have been stocking up on bigger packs on my trips to the USA where I can get these up to size 5 .So these ST ( sanitary towels ) have been life changing for me . I have super heavy periods,( day 2-5 being the worst ) . I dare not sneeze or cough in the first 3 days of my period. Regular heavy flow STs would fill up and leak everywhere in under an hour . I was doubling up on STs or tena lady large overnight pads and putting pee pads on my bed at night as well as wearing period pants to be able to sleep at night . I was using TENA N lady large pads during the day because I couldn’t always change hourly . Now these TENA lady pads were a nightmare because they gave me terrible “nappy rash “. I mean that time of the month was just miserable . While I was on a trip to the USA 2016/17 I bought one of the infinity lines just to try as I have used every brand available on the market. I was blown away by this product ! It is light years better than any ST i have ever used . It is so comfortable, I mean zero feel !! For the first time since puberty I wore a ST for 4 hours straight. So of course I buy boxes of this product whenever I am in the USA. I was so pleased to find these on Amazon uk!! ! I am working away from home, job took longer than anticipated , didn’t pack any STs therefore finding these on Amazon was amazing. Amazon only carries up to a size 3 , which caused me some anxiety, however to my surprise the size 3s were fine and did the job. I can still keep these on for up to 4hours even heavy days !! I still use period pants with these on heavy , just for reassurance, but no pee pads on my bed at night , Needless to say I only ever use the always infinity line for comfort and absolute peace of mind . I hope this review helps someone.

Hard to find in supermarkets which is a shame as this product is very good and does what it says. Recommend
