After three years of suffering with severe constipation, nausea, insomnia, and sudden food "allergies," I found this product. My gastro and primary physician just offered the usual, which made things worse. All the tests (colonoscopy, endoscopy, and ultra-sound) just showed mild symptoms of diverticulosis, gastritis, and gerd. I followed all the recommended eating plans to no avail. Then, someone mentioned SIBO, which led to this product. After two hours, I started to feel better. After two weeks, I could eat the foods I was previously "allergic" to and all the other symptoms ended. All the needless suffering ended. I am so very grateful for this wonderful product!

Have not used it. Had difficulty after any meal. Got it for in my purse. Happily have not needed it. So physically ?? Know nothing.... But psycologicaly the stuff works! LOL

I have Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth and IBS. I have unique diet that I have to follow otherwise I will be in extreme pain after eating. One other issue is near constant bloating and pressure. These have definitely assisted in helping with bloating and have become a part of my daily regiment. The travel pack is rather expensive for the number of pills but the 90 pack is much more affordable. Must try for anyone who has bloating or gas build up.
