I was super excited when I received this pillow because Ive had trouble sleeping in the past due to insomnia and other factors. That said, this pillow is super comfortable for back sleepers since it supports the neck and also creates a space for your head to rest in as you can see in the picture. You can also sleep on your side since there are cutouts on each side for your shoulders. It definitely helped me fall asleep faster and kept me from tossing and turning. However I dont know how well it’ll fair for a stomach sleeper.

Chronic neck pain is an issue for me, and I needed to find a solution for better sleep. The irony here is that poor sleep makes my trouble areas flare up and hurt more, and the pain causes more sleepless nights. I tried this pillow on a whim because I already tried a bunch of other things, so why not, right? I'm glad I did, because from the first night, it made a remarkable difference.As you can see from my photographs, it fits comfortably into a queen sized pillow case, which was a concern of mine, because some of the other pillows I tried required much larger pillow cases! I was also a little skeptical about the memory foam aspect of it; I've tried memory foam pillows in the past, and they didn't really help me. While the pillow is made of foam, it's not the squishy kind of memory foam, so it does offer a lot of good support around my neck.There are two ends to this pillow: a higher side for side sleepers (the higher edge accommodates your shoulder height, so it can comfortably go where shoulders go), and a lower side for back sleepers. Both ends provide excellent neck support and do a great job of alleviating the weight of the head from the cervical spine. As for the questions about how it works for side sleepers; as a side sleeper myself, I find it very comfortable. No, you don't have to always be in the center of the pillow, however, if you're in your back and want to rest your head to the side, the center is quite nice for that.Overall, I'd say this pillow has definitely improved my quality of sleep which, in the long run, reduces the amount of pain medication I need to take, and to me, that's a really good thing.

Great pillow to reduce snoring and also helps shoulder pain from side sleeping. I was a snorer and a cervical pillow was recommended in a book on airway management. After using the pillow, I am sleeping better and waking up feeling rested. Snoring limits breathing so minimizing that not just helps to have a quieter sleeping environment, it helps the body get the breathing that it needs to rejuvenate overnight. Now, I am actually waking up before alarm clock goes off and ready to go. The bonus is that it is also great for shoulder pain. I was experiencing shoulder pain from sleeping on my side. This pillow helps to alleviate that as well. Overall, very happy with it, just bought another one for my wife to help with her shoulder.

I'm writing this from my wife's account, I'm a 5'7" male with a slender frame. This is an excellent pillow. I was having a difficult time in general trying to narrow down my needs, but this pillow seems to have answered them all. I was waking up with a stiff neck and shoulders with my old pillow and was expecting an adjustment period trying out this new one. After one night I woke up with immediate relief in both areas. I tend to sleep on my side, but I found myself sleeping on my back for most of the night. The pillow ended up being softer than I imagined judging from the pictures. The amount of support feels firm enough to me though. I didn't find much difference between the high side and the low side for my neck, personally. The pillow stays cool and didn't come with any unusual smell. The pillowcase is soft and expands and contracts with the pillow well. If you were like me and comparing a bunch of different pillows for cervical support, I do not regret going with this one and I highly recommend it.
