Large Cable Clips

Pretty good product overall. I used them for outdoor use to hold up the patio lights around the inside of my gazebo. I can't complain as these were used outdoors all summer and have just now started to fall off after low temps and lots and lots of rain. Overall I am very happy with this product. If I find a use for them indoors I'm sure they could easily hold up for a year or more.

Instructions say to pre-stick all the clips you need to the surface you plan on using, then wait 24 hours before using. I used right away and if you don't give it time they are pretty weak at first, they were falling off under the weight of one cable until I got 3-4 clips up. I used about 10 clips to go 2 feet, for just one thick cable, maybe would of been less had I gave it 24 hours.

Holds well on the underside of desks, and can withstand pressure and force of bent cables trying to go somewhere.

I've been buying these clips for several years now but this last order will be the last order. The plastic formula has definitely changed IMO. When I use one of these, I'd always bend the clip jaw open a bit to make placing thicker cables / wires in. There was a degree of flexibility, of "give" to the plastic. Now, they are too rigid and the jaw ... the part that does the opening, just snaps off. I've used about a dozen clips from this most recent order and over half of them just broke off. Very disappointed as the design is good, but the recent change in the actual material makes them worthless to me. I really dislike it when you find a product that is useful, and it changes for the worse, as in this case.

These were perfect for organizing all of the cords needed in my sewing space. So far they have kept well attached to the bottoms and sides of sewing tables and other surfaces.
