Smaller than advertised, outstanding customer service
The rug would have worked for what I needed if it measured the advertised size. I returned on 8/17 and I'm still waiting for my refund.9/6/22 UPDATE: The vendor contacted me promptly and everything was cleared up and taken care of. My issue was not with this company, it turned out be within the return system. This company has outstanding customer service. The next time I need rugs, this will be my first stop. 5 star customer service, Thank you!

Just received it today
The rug is thinner but sits between my sofa and love seat and I have a heavy trunk/coffee table in the middle, so it doesn’t move.I am disappointed in the color, the brown looks much darker, but in reality it is much lighter. Over all I am satisfied.
