Duzzy 39 Inch Clear Shower Threshold Water Dam, Self-Adhesive Silicone Shower Water Guard Blocker Suitable for Bathroom and Kitchen

Not sure why other reviews mention poor quality but this has been sticking great on the edge of my shower for a couple months now. I placed this on the inside edge of the shower floor tub to prevent water from splashing up out of the shower, since the door hangs inside just under an inch. After sticking the product on, I also used clear bath tub silicone to put over the seam, so maybe that's why mine still sticks great. Honestly there are many different uses for this product and this one happened to work perfect for me.

Bought this after discovering the downside of frameless shower doors -- lots of water gets out under them. Not sure I installed it the best way (curved side in, moved out enough so the door doesn't actually touch it), but does the job pretty well. Some water apparently hits it hard enough to escape. Next time I'll put it barely in contact with the door, to seal better. Can't really address the adhesion; the wife was skeptical so I also used clear caulk on both sides, but will give it the benefit of the doubt. :-)

The Duzzy 39-inch silicone shower threshold is useful for filling gaps and preventing water from escaping, especially around shower doors where leaks tend to occur. Once installed, it does a good job of redirecting water and minimizing splashing outside the shower area. For immediate functionality, it performs well and noticeably improves the situation. However, the main drawback is durability. After some time in a humid and warm environment, the adhesive began to lose strength, and the silicone started to warp slightly at the edges. This results in occasional lifting, requiring manual re-pressing to keep it in place. While not catastrophic, it does reduce the long-term reliability of the product. As a temporary or supplemental water barrier, it works fine. But for long-term, maintenance-free use, it may not fully meet expectations. I purchased two orders of Duzzy Water Barries. The product claims that it bonds to porcelain and wood, but when I was attempting to close a gap between my bathroom tub and my bathroom sink, the adhesive did not work at all. The product would not stay in place one bit to even allow for proper placement. This product does not work and I simply found myself having to thrown the product away and losing my money. I will never purchase from this company again.

I didn’t like this. Didn’t block anything. Water still managed to seep through. The glue took me forever to clean off my counter. It was lift in areas around the corners of the sink

I love how easy it was to apply. Worked perfect for a water barrier around my bathtub used it like trim. Looks clean and professional.
