One boot to rule them all
I rarely write reviews but I had to for these. The core reason I bought these was because I wanted a work boot that was tough but kept me quick enough on my feet where I could easily move. Some work boots are so large and heavy that by the end of the day it requires a decent amount of effort and energy just to walk.I originally purchased these boots when I was working in a salvage shop (basically an indoor junk yard) as a furniture/large and hazardous item mover and I needed a tough pair of boots to protect my feet.I purchased incorrectly and thought these were steel toe boots, they were not but I decided to try them out anyway. These are the most versatile boots I’ve ever owned in my life, they were tough enough to stick together over the months working at the salvage shop and then I moved to working at a Winery during harvest season. 12-16 hour shifts in these boots for months and they never gave me blisters and more importantly never slowed me down and were tough enough to survive being totally soaked with water/grape mush and and then being dried night after night. Now I’m using these boots as a UPS delivery driver(I run/walk constantly all day in them) and they’re still going strong and don’t slow me down at all and are comfortable. This year has been crazy for me, I’ve moved all over the country and had multiple jobs, faced multiple challenges and overcome many obstacles but I could always rely on my two hands and my two boots to keep my two feet moving forward.***TipsI would buy a nice insole for these boots as the ones that come with them are not very supportive.*WATERPROOF??* Try not to be TOO hard on them as I cut the leather slightly while working at the salvage shop thinking they were as thick as my loggers boots (hazardous sharp objects everywhere) and that gave one of the boots a small hole that leaks water. If you are going to work on a fishing boat or expect your feet to be completely soaked or submerged buy “Extra-toug” brand water proof boots instead. These Blundstones are truly water proof (if you don’t rip them) but if you step into water that goes above the ankle or any water going down your leg or water proof coveralls will go right into them because they don’t go up your leg like normal rubber boot. They are not waders. Obviously.Other than that, oil them, love them and measure your foot before you buy them *the manufacturer website has a great “how to guide” that will get you the right size*Couldn’t love these boots enough.

Love my boots
It took a few wears to break them in but man oh man I love these boots. Super comfortable and the grey color is exactly what I wanted.

This is a wonderful boot. Lightweight but I had to order a whole size up.
It runs short (like at least a size) but the color and weight were wonderful.

Highly recommend!
Love these boots and worth the money…. I wear a 6.5 or 7 in shoes (depends on brand). The size 7 works perfectly & comfortable. Wore them all day shopping and I didn’t want to rip them off my feet 👣🤣

They are comfortable
I normally wear a 10 1/2 but with these I had to buy a 10 because the 10 1/2 I initially ordered were entirely too big. These are really comfortable, but they still look a little long on my foot but I went hiking in them, and my feet didn’t hurt even though I have gout sometimes when I wear uncomfortable shoes. These are not really my style for every day fashion, cause I kind of look like I’m a construction worker with my jeans on in them , but for hiking and stuff where you don’t want to get your good shoes dirty these work great and they’re easy to clean.

These boots are great but I would suggest buying in a different material
edit 01/25/17: I still wear these boots often, although the stretchy material at the sides is beginning to fray. The toes have a LOT more scratches on them, but I can't really blame them...it's been a while since I bought these and I wore them pretty much every day for a while. The soles show very little wear which is pretty impressive.--I bought these boots after an embarrassingly long amount of research, so it only seems fitting that I would write a somewhat long review. These boots are great but I would suggest buying some in a different material - while the boot itself is sturdy, comfortable, and waterproof, the leather (which feels like nubuck, but every review I've read doesn't mention it being nubuck at all) is extremely soft and feels nice. As you can see in the close-up, it's sort of whitish all over without any treatment at all, and the leather has a matte quality to it (part of why I chose this color over the typical leather). That softness is the problem, however - not a day had gone before my cat had scratched the leather on the boot, leaving quite a few permanent scratch markings on the leather. This hasn't affected the waterproof nature of the boots in any way. However, to be careful, I've added a light layer of shoe cream (Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam) over the boots and rubbed it in. While the leather is still soft as well as matte (look at the full picture for an idea of what the leather looks like, as well as how apparent the scratch marks are), it's lost some of that "rustic" quality to the leather. At the same time, the leather does look beautiful (and it feels a little less stronger/prone to scratching), so that's a tradeoff I'm willing to make.I did find that I had a breaking in period (I already had to exchange from a 4 to a 4.5 in AUS sizes because the 4 was way too tight - for the record, I usually wear a 5 in men's US) - there was some slight pressure on my big toe, but after walking around for a couple of weeks, they were incredibly comfortable and I can wear two layers of socks if I wanted to. I haven't had any issues pulling on these boots, and the pull tabs seem like they will hold up over time. These boots also look great - with jeans (cuffed as well as just worn over the boot) as well as with tights and skirts/dresses - and I get compliments all the time. I've worn these to work settings before without judgment, but your mileage will vary on that count. I'd give the boots a lower rating for the scratch thing, but ultimately they still look very nice and have done their job well so far.

All around fantastic boot!
This is the classic boot that goes with almost anything in my opinion. You could be out in the wilderness hiking with them. You could go to a nice dinner with them too. Additionally these boots require no break in time. Uber comfortable!
