This model is problematic. Do not buy. It has terrible defects.
I am using this cellphone for 7 months. It is showing lot of problems. It suddenly switches off while using apps. Even it switches off at any time even if we don't use it. Sometimes its default system apps like call, sms etc do not work properly. Even for trying many times these apps do not open. It shows error. Then we have to uninstall the updates of these apps. Sometimes contacts suddenly deletes without any reason. I have reset the cellphone lot of times but no use. I am also unable to download latest update of operating system. When I download it, it downloads upto 99% and when it become 100%, it shows error. My 6-7 gb data is lost for these update but no use. I have complaint to dealer about this handset but he is not ready to replace the mobile even he is not ready to take my mobile to customer care for repair. I recommend everyone not to purchase this model, its just waste of money.
