Beston TV and their service rocks! But horrible experience with Amazon technician visit!
Writing this after almost 20 days indefiniteness and confusion. Got this TV delivered on 18th February, supposed to be a surprise gift for my little one on her birthday (20th February). The next day itself the installation wallah visited and found that the power button not working, the TV was not switching on with the physical power button of TV unit and suggested that the unit may be returned/get it replaced. So I initiated the process of return/replacement which automatically scheduled an Amazon technician visit which never happened and each time it got rescheduled.Someone calls, inquires about the problem and says that they would update with Amazon so that the return / replacement process could be resumed. This continued for FOUR times amid a flood of calls from the Amazon customer care! And I had to finally tell them not to schedule any more visits as I clearly understood that they would anyway not happen.I have now decided to keep the TV set - WHATEVER is the condition of the set.A never before unpleasant experience with Amazon!Edit: Now the wall mount is done and the TV has been working without any issue. Everything is fine with the TV. Looks and works like a high-end TV in a pocket friendly budget!Thank you Beston, both your product and the service are of excellent quality!👍👍👍

Cheap and Best(on)!
It was installed yesterday, one day after it was delivered. Quick, hassle-free & professional installation. Looks nice with a nice finish. All features/OS work fine ...no lagging/glitches/hanging at all. Picture quality is really great! Sound is loud and clear.Overall, this an excellent TV for the price & features. Can't speak about reliability/longevity as I have only had it working for approx 24 hours at the time of writing this review (so far, so good!). Highly Recommended!

Recently I buyed beston tv display gone ( 2 month only) , there is no service center in pondicherry and beston tv customer service number not work ( email also) .
