## Features

- TASTING NOTES: HONEY AND CARAMEL - Medium roast with notes of honey and caramel, a silky body and mild acidity. Great as a straight espresso or with milk in a latte, cappuccino, flat white or macchiato.
- 2.2 LB (1 KG) OF WHOLE BEANS - For espresso machines, super-automatic machines, moka pots, French press and drip. At about 7 g per single espresso, it makes about 140 shots. Grind just before you brew.
- FAMILY-RUN SINCE 1905 - Danesi was founded in 1905 in Rome, Italy, and helps keep Italian coffee culture alive. Today the company is run by the great-granddaughters of the founder and ships to more than 50 countries.
- ETHICALLY SOURCED - Danesi works directly with small farms and cooperatives that use sustainable, low-impact methods. It is a member of the Consortium for the Protection of Italian Espresso and the IWCA (women in coffee).
