does this refill match a Coltex C501F?

I am not sure if this refill match the Coltex C501F. How I proceeded - I took the physical measurements of the refill I wanted to replace and its type of tip and end and took my time. Sorry I can't be more helpful. I am happy with the refill. The Jaymo advertisement says " Compatible to Ballpoint Pen Refills. You can always return it. Just be careful in your search.

Product description says 4.5 inches; technical details says 4.6 inches. which one is accurate???

4.57 in / 116.15 mm is the exact dimension. Sorry for any confusion and we will update product description to rounded number of 4.6"

Is this gel ink? I want to use these refills for check writing. If you don't use gel ink the crooks can use acetone to erase your check

Ballpoint. For gel I'd suggest the papermate ink joy...they're awesome, don't bleed, and also come in some fun colors if you don't just want blue or black.

Does Jaymo make fine tip Cross refills?

Fantastic price

Great price. Got here really fast. Like to say I've used one, but I just used my last Cross refill and I purchased these to use the next time I need one. When that happens I'll try to edit this. For now great price, fast shipping. Oh yes, they are identical to the store bought refills.
