Pick new screws
Cushions are nice and thick.Some of the pieces didn't line up/fit together great and the screws are too shortBut all in all, good chair

Great customer service
The chair is good but the real story here is that it came without cushions and the contact info gets you right to a real representative who are friendly and helpful and everything got resolved perfectly

Fit is not the best.
These are some very comfortable chairs. The problem is that assembly is not easy. The parts are heavy and the fit is not the best. The rattan needs to be carefully cut away in places to get the bolts to pass. I recommend using some thin CA to seal the rattan where it gets cut. Getting the fasteners to line up is a challenge and the wrench provides no leverage to properly tighten the screws. Took us about 2 hours to build one. Not nice words were used.

Very sturdy and very comfortable chairs
Excellent sturdy chairs that are very comfortable. Easily put together. Totally waterproof. A great value in a quality product!

Sturdy & thick cushions
The cushions are surprisingly thick, not necessarily soft, but have held up great. The wood armrests are nice but peels easily when exposed to sun and/or water. But we’ve just sanded them and they look ok. Color is also accurate, these match nicely with products from other manufacturers.
