Dickies Men's Watch Cap

The fit surprised me despite the other reviews that said it does fit a large head. Fits my head as if it's made just for me, very comfortable.Other points I noted:A.) The material will tolerate the washing machine. It could be that the warning on this has to do with color fastness.B.) Fits perfectly on me with it folded up just as in the product photo. If I want a fair amount of space over my head, I could wear it with the fold down.C.) The color is truly a bright orange exactly as in the product photo. This will stand out and add visibility for safety reasons.D.) The logo is actually ok-looking in my opinion. Usually I cut out logos but will keep this one.E.) The cap is warm as it's of what I think is medium thickness. It stops the wind pretty well yet it fits neatly in a pocket without being bulky. I have had wool caps before and they certainly were warmer but they also were bulky and they never lasted me long.F.) Price - speaks for itself.

Not sure where they get the 14 inch part. It's 12 inches long (yes, with the cuff unfolded). If I pull it down far enough to completely cover my ears, the hat is pretty snug on top of my head. I prefer to have a little extra up there for an air pocket. But I do have a very large head, so it will probably be just fine for most folks. The material and the construction seem to be very nice. Nice thick weave, and seems well constructed. I expect it will be nice and warm. It it holds up it will be a great bargain.Update: First time out today; 10 degrees F, steady 10mph NW wind.In light use, driving, walking around, it rides up on my head, exposing the bottom half of my ears. I think if it had really been 14" long it would be perfect. While it was pulled down, it was nice and warm. Wind did not cut through it at all.

It's a hit or miss. The first time I had purchased this beanie (in black).. It got perfect. Was very comfy and definitely kept my bald head warm. Unfortunately I ended up losing it. The second time around, this beanie was bigger than the first one. Maybe I should try washing it and throw it in a dryer for just a bit... Obviously now a great idea because it came out super linty... Fluffy... And just didn't fit the same. But for 5.99...you can NOT give it a shot. It's definitely worth trying out. I also forgot to mention, I bought a blue one as well. It gives off a purple hue and not the blue I liked.

I bought this for the color to be visible while walking my dog in the winter. It's slightly too big but large was the only choice of size when I bought it and it does say it 's a man's hat. I put my my ear buds in for music, my ear warmers on-same color, and my neon yellow hoodie with your hat . I may look silly but I feel safe. We don't have sidewalks in the small town where I live.

Great quality hat, even after washing (dry flat) It is for my husband who has a big head (I know the jokes the jokes) but it's true, he has a hard time buying fitted ball caps....I was worried it would be too tight for him but it stretches without being tight. And it comes down past his ears even with the cuff still cuffed.

This Dickies Caps are heavyweight and fit snugly yet still let your head breathe. Being a big guy with a big head it's hard to find caps that fit well and don't stretch out of shape quickly.I bought one of these last year and it fit so well I bought 3 more this year. This way I'm able to swap out my sweaty hats from exercising. They also hold up very well through multiple washes.Edited to add:These hold up to washing well. The one I bought last year has been washed several times. It's a little faded but still looks good and holds it's shape. The batch I just recently bought have all been washed a couple times and have held up well.

Bought this beanie not to long ago and i’m glad to it fits very well, it’s all thanks to the elastic stitching. It’s very comfortable as well, the wool is firm but not aggressive nor irritating. The long stitch mark that leads from the bottom to the top doesn’t irritate at all thankfully. Finally, it is incredibly warm and they way it’s manufacturaly stitched it does allow a little bit of breathing room. Also the logo stitching is not a rough as it seem if your using the beanie from the edge. Really great beanie overrall. Dickies really did it’s best to cater all situations your going to wear this beanie for this winter. A must try!

Seems like a good quality hat. It is a littler tighter than I prefer but I stretched it a little and it works great. Keeps you warm. I think the size would probably be fine for most people out of the box.

Good, decent sized wooly hat . Adjusting the depth of the cuff means you can cover your head well down below your ears. Nice, cosy, wool material, should keep my head warm at work. Just the job for these bitter mornings.

Bright orange hat. Goes on head. Keeps it warm. What more can i say?
