I ordered them custom as 1" with military lettering. I made the mistake of thinking I needed 1", but it was 3/4". I contacted the manufacturer and let them know it was my mistake. Raf offered to make me a whole new one, but was out of town so it'll be shipped when he (or she) returns. He kept to his word. Very awesome customer service and quality product. Thank you so much!

If you have a question or concern about your order, it might take a day or three, for them to get back to you. After that first contact, stuff happens, and quickly. My issue was the font type that they sent me. As it turns out, the photo’s I thought I sent, didn’t go out. What all of this means is that you can send them photo’s of what you want, in addition to the box you get to fill in to “ customize” your order. It’s a good idea to hit send, if you are wanting them to see photo’s, if you are doing this. So, when the first order came in, oops, wrong font. I called the contact number, and as mentioned, it might be a day or so until a response comes back, but after that my order came to me, 100% correct in every way, at no extra charge, perfect in every way. In addition, they offer a stencil that adheres to the material you are wanting to stencil. The adhesive has a fairly short life span, but does a stellar job for you for a small run of jobs. Material is not thick enough making it difficult to use.

Bought this stencil to put our family name on our new front door and the font is perfect and the quality of the stencil itself was awesome. Very easy to use, and will definitely be using it in the future for other projects! I was nervous it wouldn’t be big enough but the size was perfect! I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Custom order Came out great! The material is plenty thick and I see it lasting a long time. Im going to be using the stencil to mark my tools and such with spray paint and Marsh stencil ink. The material is thick but still pliable in order to do curved surfaces. The seller was even able to do a custom font that I found online. I was able to get it specifically how I wanted it. Now I want to get more!
